Risk Communication and Message Design
Background
The output will feed into the Centre’s ongoing work on improving institutional coordination, promoting inclusive communication practices, and enhancing evidence-informed learning, thereby helping cities and communities respond more effectively to environmental, climatic, and public health risks. The initiative combines governance analysis, communication system design, and applied case documentation. It prioritises context-sensitive, low-resource, and last-mile environments, and translates technical knowledge into practical operational tools for local governments and community-based actors.
