The Earthquake Research Center of Thailand (EARTH) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The center is dedicated to fostering collaboration among researchers, government agencies, and key stakeholders to mitigate earthquake risks across Thailand. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting various research initiatives under the guidance of Prof. Pennung Warnitchai from the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering program. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining effective communication across all parties, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.
* Thai Nationality required. * Enrollment in the current Doctoral degree program in Disaster Preparedness, Mitigation, and Management within the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering is a plus. * 3-8 years of project management and related experience with Thai donors such as the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) and the Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) is highly desirable. * Strong research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. * Proven ability to oversee projects throughout their life cycle. * Interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Resourcefulness and innovative approach to problem-solving.
