Student assistant position information

To provide support in the organization and promotion of the Faculty of Public Policy and Sustainable Development’s events, promotional activities, and monthly Policy Dialogue events, 

• Assist in organizing and coordinating the monthly Policy Dialogue events.
• Assist with event preparation, registration, venue setup, materials, and other logistical arrangements.
• Provide on-site support and ensure the smooth running of events on the event day.
• Support promotional activities and events organized by the Faculty.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials and information for faculty programs, events, and activities.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

• Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree, the Faculty of Public Policy and Sustainable Development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
