Job Description

Multimedia & Digital Content Creation - to be part of the organizing team, focusing on multimedia, website and social media contents, documentations and other related jobs for the Global Immersion Program, Study Abroad Programs and other programs organized by Center of Experiential Learning.

Qualification

  • Master Student (preferably with background of communications, IT, design, marketing, or related fields)
  • Strong interest in digital media, branding, and online engagement
  • Prior experience in student publications, web design, or social media management is an advantage
  • Competence in digital tools (social media pages, canva, etc)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of web design and CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)
  • Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut)
  • Strong social media management skills (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content (graphics, short videos, infographics, reels)
  • Competence in copywriting and digital storytelling for posts and campaigns
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) for tracking engagement
